Onsite Callout Service

Once an appointment is made with our technician we will come to your premises for a callout fee of $99.00.

This price includes the first hour of service and GST.

Once the end of the first hour has been reached you have the option of continuing the onsite troubleshooting for $49.50 per half hour block until your problem is solved, or alternatively allowing our technician to take your system back to our workshop for further fault analysis and quote on how much it will cost to get fixed.

JCS Workshop

Another option available to you is for you to drop your system into us for workshop fault analysis for a fee of $49.50. After our fault analysis we will call you and give you a quote for fixing your problem. If we cannot fix your problem there is no charge.

Public Holidays / After Hours

JCS can attend your premises on public holidays and after hours for a $165 callout fee, which includes the first hour of service and GST. After the initial hour a $165 fee is charged per hour block until your fault is fixed.
